Kenneth Cole shirt (you can't see it here, but it's real nice, dark blue suede-esque material. like, i wanna make a pillowcase out of it. it's ultrasoft), Generic Blazer, a complicated lighting setup, and a lot of boredom...

I'm a little iffy about the watermark here... what do you guys think - should i start including little unobtrusive watermarks in my photos or no?

I love the light in this one ;) It looks really good, and the tones and the slight color is great. As for the watermark... its up to you, with such a subdued watermark, if anybody is going to steal it, it wouldnt be hard to remove if they wanted to, but then again, a blaring obvious one doesnt look as good...so its up to you I'd say.

Nice shot tho

This is a great shot. Personally I think watermarks distract from the quality of images and do nothing to protect your work from theft.

as an objective comment, you are an incredibly handsome man, so that right there is working for you; if you don't have one, you should seriously consider a modeling career, even if it's only part-time or something

the lighting is magnificent in this. the pose and clothing, along with the shadows and watermark, makes me think of this as a fashion shot

if i ever started a clothing line, you'd totally be my model

how about a totally stand-out watermark in an unobtrusive place, those look cool too. Depending on where you place it and your font. But that should be fine for you with your typography skillz. :D

Gorgeous photo Will :faint:

Okay, now write a book. This would make a great author's photo...

I don't find that the mark hurts anything, but I'll agree with what was already said about the unobtrusiveness: It would be easily removable this way. Knowing that the usual intension of a mark is to keep buggers from jacking your work, it almost seems unnecessary.

But with this piece, I think the watermark and it's placement work well.
